Rentals
All areas for rent are dependent on availability and can be seen or reserved by contacting the Hall Coordinator,

St Caspar Catholic Church is pleased to offer 3 main spaces, at the Parish, which are available for rental opportunities: the Parish Life Center, the Basement Hall, and the Youth Room.
Each rental requires signed contracts, one for the Parish and one for the Diocese of Toledo. With the signing of the contracts, a security deposit is required. The rent is due 3 weeks prior to your rental event along with a Certificate of Liability Insurance and a setup diagram that are required. Your security deposit will be return to you approximately 2 weeks following your event provided there are no damages. Once you sign the contracts and provide the security deposit you are committed.
If at some point you need to cancel your event, your security deposit will not be returned to you. Committed Rentals are non-transferable. Discounted rental rates are offered for registered parishioners and non-profit organizations.
Each rental that sells alcohol is required to obtain a liquor license from the State of Ohio; this includes those events that sell tickets then provide alcohol. Any event serving alcohol whether selling or providing as part of a celebration will be charged a mandatory cleaning fee.
Parish Life Center

The Parish Life Center (PLC), the compacity is 390 people. We can provide up to 37 – 8ft rectangle tables with enough padded chairs to accommodate these tables. We also have 3 round tables to use as you wish, these tables and chairs are included in the price of the rental. If you would like your event to utilize all round tables, you are welcome to bring in your own. Please note, all tables are required to remain covered during your entire event. Decorating in the PLC the day before your event is permitted with the payment of an additional fee. To see pictures of ways the PLC has been decorated in the past, click the button below. The PLC has a wonderful, spacious kitchen with plenty of counter space, institutional sinks, refrigerator, stove and ovens that are also available for use at an extra fee. A separate beverage area with an ice machine and a two-door beverage cooler are available as part of the rental at no extra change. One caveat to the PLC rental on a Saturday evening is that any music between 4:45pm – 6:00pm must be kept extremely quiet as to not disrupt our Saturday evening worship.
Basement Hall
The basement hall has a capacity of approximately 75 people. It contains covered 8 ft tables with cloth padded chairs and a small sitting area. This area is handicap accessible via a covered exterior ramp or an elevator. This area is rented with a base fee then by the hour and also requires a Certificate of Liability Certificate. There is a small kitchenette available for rent with this area for an additional fee.
Youth Room

The Youth Room has a capacity of approximately 30 people. This room has family room style seating with couches and a few upholstered arm chairs. This area is also in the basement and is handicap accessible via a covered exterior ramp or an elevator. This area is rented with a base fee then by the hour and also requires a Certificate of Liability Certificate. This room contains a sink, microwave and refrigerator. An additional small kitchenette is available for rent for this area for an additional fee. A few tables and chairs can be added at the renter’s request but space it limited.
